the family room was great. i was so happy to see a separate door from the main room for children to sleep in. single beds were available instead of pull out beds. staff members were very cute and helpful.
the room we had was so noisy. constant banging of the main door into reception and noise came from the maintenance room next door. these made for very poor sleep! though the noisy guests above us didn't help either.

The room was very clean. The bed was comfy and had lovely soft pillows (I slept like a log!). I also found free parking right next to the shops, convenient.
There was only one unwashed cup in the room for two people.

My room was quite small and noisy. I could hear a lot of noise from next door. The toilet was too close to the wall, I had to sit to the side. It was a strange experience overall.
